Email support@tailboardai.com. Include your company name, the email you sign in with, and the job or ticket number if it is about a specific order. A screenshot helps.

In an emergency, call 911. TailBoardAI support cannot dispatch help.

Signing in

• Enter your work email and we send an 8-digit code. There is no password.
• No code? Check spam or junk, wait a minute, then request a new one.
• Signed in but no crew or company shows up? Your admin needs to add you with that exact email.

Phone app

• Foremen use the phone app; the dashboard is for General Foremen and the office.
• No signal? Keep working. The app saves your work on the phone and uploads it when you are connected again.
• Location off? Status taps still work, but no location or nearest ER is saved. Turn location on for TailBoardAI in your phone settings.

Billing and your data

• Admins manage plans, seats and payment methods from the Billing page.
• To ask for a copy of your information, a correction or deletion, email support@tailboardai.com. See the Privacy Policy for details.
